Real Estate Projects
In partnership with a Dutch company, Abar Global won a horizontal housing investment project (The Dutch Village) in Salahuddin Governorate – Tikrit City. The project includes the construction of 220 housing units with a total cost of $39,529,000 USD. Work is still ongoing, adhering to the highest standards of construction and materials. 
The Dutch Village 2 project was awarded to Abar Global, consisting of 126 housing units. It is currently under construction and expected to be completed in 2026. 
Abar Global was awarded the Jewel of Tal Afar Project in Mosul Governorate, comprising 802 housing units with full commercial and service facilities. Completion is scheduled for 2027. 
A fully integrated medical center in Salahuddin Governorate on a 15,000 m² plot, consisting of three floors with full facilities and services. 
A retail complex built at the stadium’s front façade, completed in 2024.
